Hello !
My name is Emmanuelle and I am a passionate French teacher. I am always happy to accompany each person in their learning of my mother tongue.
My story
When I was 18, my dream was to travel and discover the Earth and its peoples. In realising this dream I discovered what was to become my profession: teaching French to anyone who wanted to learn it.
Since then, I've travelled to many countries, becoming trilingual after learning Spanish and then English, French being my mother tongue.
One winter's day in 2008, as I was travelling back by train from a trip to Sweden to my parents' home in the French Alps, I heard the arrival announcement at Brussels station in 4 different languages: German, English, Flemish and French. It was at that very moment that I fell in love with my own language: its musicality had touched my heart! I knew then that I wanted to become an FLE (French as a Foreign Language) teacher. The funny thing is that Mr Moulin, my lycée teacher, told me, when I was only 16 or 17, that he could see me becoming an FLE teacher! At the time, it went completely over my head!
In 2011, I graduated from the University of Savoie with a BA in Applied Foreign Languages - in English and Spanish - in Commerce and International Relations and a Master in French as a Foreign Language and Language Didactics.
In 2009, I had already begun what was to be my teaching career, by carrying out my first teaching assignment in an Alliance Française, for 6 months in India. To date, I have worked in all areas of my speciality: training centres, associations, public establishments, international schools and language schools, and I also teach English and Spanish.
Over the years, I have worked with thousands of satisfied learners, at all levels and from all walks of life.
I've turned my job into a vocation, which means I can continue to travel every day, thanks to the wonderful human encounters I have: each person carries with them their own history and culture, and every exchange is a joy. There's so much to share in this world!

Born in 2025, in Montreux (Vaud, Switzerland), the French-speaking school is the result of 16 years of experience in teaching the French language and wonderful connections established between learners and their teacher.
Specializing in older adolescents and allophone adults, our expertise in French goes further, by offering friendly courses, where the pleasure of learning is at the heart of interactions, which makes our teaching effective .
Our teaching is mainly based on communication and the useful application of knowledge. Our method complies with the CEFR, our themes and materials are varied and current. At the end of each course, you leave with an ever more solid knowledge of French.
